Grudu Bread

Borodino Bread

This is the most popular Russian dark rye bread. It is loved for its’ wholesome and moist texture and rich spicy aroma, naturally flavoured by native coriander. This bread is made with natural ferment using a scalded sourdough recipe in a 4-stage process.

Ajeru Bread

Dark rye scalded sourdough bread with caraway seeds. It is most popular Lithuanian bread, baked according to an ancient tradition on dried leaves of calamus (ajeras). The bread is renowned for its’ original recipe and its’ distinctive inimitable fragrance and rich malty flavour.

Marcios Bread

Black Rye Bread
