Mociutes Bread

The newest addition to our product range. This bread doesn’t contain caraway seeds. Mociutes bread has a light texture and colour.

Anniversary Bread

This bread was made especially for Amber Bakery’s 5th Anniversary, this loaf has won a “Clients’ Choice” Award. It has a dark crust but is light in both texture and colour inside. It has a very unusual ingredient potato flakes - that add a special mellow flavour to the bread and make its texture smooth and even. This product was inspired by a popular bread from Belarus.

Megeju Bread

Lithuanian light rye scalded sourdough bread. This bread stands out among other breads because of its pleasant sweet flavour with a hint of caraway seeds, it is also the softest bread in our range – the sweetness and softness are both results of a unique recipe with added apple marmalade.

Balta Saulegrazu Bread

Light rye scalded sourdough bread with sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds give this bread somewhat sweeter flavour and a bit of crunch.

Palangos Bread

Most popular Lithuanian light rye bread. This bread doesn’t contain malt therefore it is lighter in color and texture, it has a pleasant combination of sour and sweet flavours and an additional twist of the flavour and aroma of ever popular caraway seeds.
