“Amber Bakery” is an award-winning artisan bakery which was founded in 2005. We are producing authentic rye breads and patisserie products using a selection of best and most popular traditional recipes from Eastern Europe. We supply our products to over 160 shops in London, the Home Countries and many major cities across the UK.
We specialise in brioche-style pastries and we have a wide range of delicious traditional feelings.
We produce all our breads following traditional natural long-fermentation methods using the best authentic ingredients without the use of artificial additives or preservatives.
We make delicious and most beautiful cakes in a selection of most popular traditional flavours.
