 Our products are handmade freshly everyday, using the finest, carefully selected, authentic ingredients, many of which come directly from Lithuania. Our staff are highly experienced craftsmen who take pride in their job. Our breads are baked the old fashioned way, without the use of artificial additives or preservatives, using the traditional natural long fermentation recipes that give the bread its distinctive full-flavoured taste, much loved by our customers. |
"Amber Bakery" is a London-based craft bakery which was founded in 2005. We are producing authentic rye breads and confectionery products using a selection of best and most popular traditional recipes from Eastern Europe, predominantly Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine. We supply our products to over 100 shops in London, Home Counties and many major cities across the UK.  |
 We have also created a wonderful selection of confectionery products - from traditional sweet pastries, pies and cakes to beautifully hand decorated Celebration cakes for any occasion. We are proud of the reputation we have built amongst the Eastern-European community in the UK and we are also gradually establishing a strong following of local customers. |
